Project Audit
The AI audit reviews all subtitles in the project to detect linguistic issues that escape automatic validation — spelling mistakes, grammar errors, register inconsistencies, awkward phrasing.
Launching an Audit
Click the AI button (brain icon) in the toolbar to open the review panel. The analysis starts automatically and processes subtitles in batches of 50.
A progress bar shows the advancement: "Analyzing batch 5/12 (subtitles 101-150)".
Analysis Categories
The audit classifies each issue into a category:
| Category | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Spelling | Typos, missing accents, common confusions |
| Grammar | Agreement, conjugation, syntax |
| Punctuation | Non-breaking spaces, ellipsis, dialogue dashes |
| Register | Consistency of formal/informal address, language level |
| Style | Repetitions, clarity, hanging words at end of line |
| Consistency | Inconsistencies between nearby subtitles |
The Results Panel
Results appear in a side panel to the right of the subtitle list. Each issue is presented as a card:
- The number of the affected subtitle (click to navigate to it)
- The category of the issue (colored badge)
- The description of the detected problem
- The suggestion for correction (if applicable)
- A button to apply the correction directly
- A button to rephrase with custom instructions
- A circle to dismiss the issue
Cards can be filtered by category using the pills at the top of the panel — letting you, for example, address all spelling mistakes first, then move on to style.
Integration with the QC Report
Issues detected by the AI audit (not dismissed) are automatically included in the QC report, in a dedicated section. This lets the supervisor see both technical standards violations and the AI's linguistic observations in a single document.
